Effective Date: 25 August 2026

KITE Technosis is committed to providing transparent information regarding course fees, admission cancellation and refunds. Students are advised to read and understand this policy before completing their admission.

1. Admission & Fee Payment

1. Course admission is confirmed after completion of the admission/registration process and payment of the applicable fees.

2. Students are responsible for checking the course details, duration, batch timing and other relevant information before confirming admission.

3. Any registration/admission charges specifically identified as non-refundable at the time of admission shall not be refundable after registration is completed.

2. Cancellation Before Classes Commence

If a student requests cancellation before the commencement of the course/classes, the institute may process an eligible refund after deducting any applicable registration, admission, documentation or other charges that were clearly disclosed and accepted at the time of admission.

3. Cancellation After Classes Have Commenced

Once classes, training, laboratory access, study material, practical sessions or other course-related services have commenced, the student has already received part of the contracted educational service.

Accordingly, any eligible refund will be calculated after considering:

  • Classes/training already provided;
  • Practical/laboratory sessions already used;
  • Study material or other services already provided;
  • Registration/admission charges, where applicable;
  • The stage of the course at the time of cancellation; and
  • Any other charges that were clearly disclosed and accepted at the time of admission.
4. Refund Schedule

For future admissions, unless a different written course-specific policy is provided at the time of admission:

A. Cancellation before commencement of classes: Eligible course-fee refund may be processed after deduction of applicable non-refundable charges disclosed at admission.
B. Cancellation after commencement but within the initial cancellation period: The eligible refund may be up to 5% of the course fee, after adjustment of applicable non-refundable charges and services already provided.
C. Cancellation after substantial participation in the course: Refund, if any, will be considered on a case-by-case basis based on the course stage, services already delivered and the terms accepted at admission.

The exact refund amount will be communicated to the student after verification of the admission record, payment record, attendance and services provided.

5. Registration Fee

Where the registration fee is expressly stated as non-refundable at the time of admission, the registration fee will not form part of the refundable course fee.

The registration fee and refund conditions must be disclosed to the student before or at the time of admission.

6. Student-Initiated Withdrawal

A student wishing to cancel admission must submit the cancellation/refund request in writing.

The request should contain:

  • Student's full name;
  • Course name;
  • Date of admission;
  • Date of cancellation request;
  • Reason for withdrawal; and
  • Payment/receipt details.
7. Institute-Initiated Cancellation

If KITE Technosis cancels a course/batch and is unable to provide a reasonable alternative arrangement, the institute will communicate the applicable refund or adjustment to affected students.

8. Course Transfer / Batch Change

Before requesting a refund, students may contact the institute regarding a possible batch change, timing adjustment or course transfer, where such option is reasonably available.

Any approved adjustment will be communicated separately.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through a suitable payment method after verification of the student's records.

The refund amount and applicable deductions will be communicated to the student before processing wherever reasonably practicable.

10. Important Disclosure

This policy applies to admissions made on or after the Effective Date, subject to the terms disclosed and accepted by the student at the time of admission.

This policy does not retrospectively modify the terms of an admission completed before the Effective Date.

11. Student Acknowledgement

“I have read and understood the Fee Refund & Admission Cancellation Policy of KITE Technosis. I understand the applicable refund conditions, including deductions that may apply after commencement of classes, and agree to the policy applicable to my admission.”
